Because It's Handmade

 

All of our items are custom made and hand-pressed to order — we don't keep pre-made stock, so every piece is created just for you after you order.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

Because your order is made specifically for you, we're not able to offer returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. Please check our sizing guide before ordering, since we can't make size exchanges once an order ships.

 

If Something's Wrong

 

If your order arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right. Email a photo of the issue to eyelacknothingphotoandthings@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

Email eyelacknothingphotoandthings@gmail.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if applicable) of the issue. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days once approved; replacements ship out within our standard 3-5 business day production window.
